My learnings from Shri Hanuman Ji

Under the review and guidance of my spiritual mentor (True Guru) Shri Hanuman Ji, I got the opportunity to write and heal the unseen spiritual wounds of people. This book, infused with the blessings of Hanu Gurukul, is crafted in such a way that no reader ever feels the content has been read before; it aims to be a companion for life.

This narration is about uncovering some of the layers of universal secrets to realize God, while encouraging the reader to grasp the significance of understanding the Brahm and the Self. The text focuses on improving everyday actions, bringing the right balance of emotions and actions to attain the ultimate state of mind, akin to that of a Saint. It emphasizes spiritual attainments by comparing the worldly traps of material happiness with the ultimate reality.

Even when individuals believe they have everything to enjoy life, the persistent inconsistency of the mind remains a source of discomfort. It's essential to remember that a healthy body cannot sustain a sick mind, but a healthy mind can endure a sick body. This secret, among others, is revealed in this book, exploring various aspects of human nature and fostering awareness of both positivity and negativity, along with a strong connection to the Self and the ultimate vision of life.

The text also unveils secrets regarding relationships among children, females, males, and the broader world. This concise narration aims to turn the pages of one's life by revealing truths about conduct as illuminated by the Brahm, guiding individuals to correct the Self and cultivate godly virtues, thereby discovering the divine forms within and around them while living life ordinarily, without clinging the Self to actions. Hence, this book serves as an absolute version of spirituality. In fact, every illness can be prevented and eradicated through the practice of true spirituality. Thus, this book provides strong support for everyone, given the hard reality that we all share an unrealized vision of life.

A hard revelation is that practices like meditation, yoga, and gym workouts do not truly nourish the mind but only soothe the physical structure and senses. Don’t believe it? This discourse will help you uncover the evidence. A broader synonym for the mind is 'Soul,' encompassing the mind from multiple perspectives. Nourishing the soul translates to nourishing the mind. A detailed exploration is portrayed to explain the characteristics of the soul and how our short-lived bodies lead us to materialism from birth, chasing fleeting pleasures in the form of achievements, superiority, power, fame, rewards, etc., while we neglect to provide true and everlasting joy to our mind and soul.

We often focus on the shadow and forget the tree, akin to ignoring the father (God) of an offspring (us). We live, die, and if one believes, we take birth again, and this cycle continues. The dark side of one’s life encompasses sorrows, miseries, dissatisfaction, and illness, as a problem often reflects unmet expectations. What if one never felt a problem?
